The story

The City of Portland and Multnomah County joined forces on a three-part COVID-19 public-information campaign, reaching communities disproportionately affected by the pandemic.

Our contribution

Black Bald Films produced campaign films with local talent and culturally responsive messaging. The work connected public-health information to familiar people, places and everyday experiences.
